Discussion System Brings Order to Classrooms

Harvard University School of Law is part of Harvard University located in Cambridge, Massachussetts. The law school classrooms feature delegate microphone units connected to custom stainless steel microphone plates mounted on the desk top and custom stainless steel speaker plates located in the edge of the table.

There are a total of three classrooms in Austin Hall using the Discussion System. The professors have the option of operating each system either push-to-talk or voice-activated. Both options are accessible from an AMX panel mounted in the front of the classroom. The systems are also used for both sound re-enforcement and for teleconference/distant learning applications.

Discussion systems provide reliable audio support for instructors to deliver their sessions clearly and efficiently. Students and instructor can have a controlled dialogue and all the students can hear discussions clearly.
