Overview

The GM 6524 is a high performance condenser microphone developed to for the pluggable CDS 4000 and DCS 6000 table top and flush mount units. The condenser capsule features a cardioid pattern in the entire speech frequency range, maximizing speaker pick-up while minimizing the risk of acoustic feedback. The capsule is mounted in a DIS proprietary dual rubber band suspension isolating it acoustically and mechanically from the rest of the microphone, eliminating all mechanical noises from the table. The unit features a high bright red illuminated ring which is bright enough to be seen in camera broadcast lighting.
