How to Use the Tool:
Verify that you have the correct positions and number of transmitters in a venue. Turn on one or more TX2N transmitters and perform a site walk. If the tool indicates an “X” at any time you need to reposition the transmitters or consider adding another one to provide adequate coverage. The tool takes time to update due to the nature of the sample size and true running average measurement technique. For the most accurate reading, it’s best to wait a few seconds to let the signal stabilize.
The Auri TX2N plugin works with Auri TX2N and Auri TX2N-D Transmitters. The Auri Docking Station plugin works with Auri D4 and Auri D16 Docking Stations. Devices must be on firmware version 1.5 or above to support the plugin. For each device, the API must be enabled before attempting connection with the plugin. The API is disabled by default and must be enabled via the Settings page of each device in Auri Manager. See the system manual for more details on how to configure your device.
This documentation describes the API for Ampetronic and Listen Technologies Auri products, including an overview of the interface and syntax, list of commands and examples of usage. Where available for the required control system, we recommend the use of provided plugins. The document assumes that you are familiar with using APIs and have the knowledge to integrate sending and receiving commands into your control system of choice. Simple set and forget commands can generally be implemented very simply, parsing responses may require more experience in scripting or development for the intended platform.
