FAQs

+What is the transmission range for the Auri TX2N Transmitter?

Auri TX2N transmitters throw an Auracast transmitter about 328 feet in all directions. Walls can limit some of that, but our transmitters are scalable and you can add more than one to a venue with minimal interruptions.

+What's the difference between the LA-438 and the LA-470 neck loops?

The LA-438 Advanced Neck Loop is to work with telecoil-enabled hearing aids or cochlear implants. This small induction loop can be used with iDSP receivers for ListenIR, ListenRF, ListenTALK, and ListenWIFI. The LA-470 Neck Loop is dedicated to our new Auracast™-broadcast product, Auri™ and will be available in Summer of 2025.
