Highlights
- Auxiliary input cable for the LT-700 portable RF transmitter
- Allows for simultaneous use of a microphone and a line level audio source
- Input any line level audio device such as; CD, MP3, smartphone, etc.
The LA-263 input cable allows the LT-700 portable RF transmitter to simultaneously use a microphone and an additional audio source such as; an MP3 player or Smartphone. When used, both the microphone and an additional line level audio source are summed together and input into the LT-700 transmitter.
This allows both audio sources to be simultaneously transmitted from the LT-700 to the listeners using a ListenRF receiver. The cable has a 3.5 mm male connector which plugs into the LT-700 transmitter, which splits to the following ends: a female 3.5 mm connector (for the microphone input) and a male 3.5 mm connector (for the input of line level audio). The Y cable is 12 in. (30.48 cm) long.
Please note that the “Mute” function on the LT-700 portable transmitter only mutes the microphone, but still allows the line level audio to be heard. This can be a very useful feature as background content can be played during a tour, whether the microphone is muted or not.
