Working at Listen is a very rewarding experience. We get most of our good ideas from our customers, and I love it when I can touch base with a customer and tell them “Hey remember when you said you wish the product did this – well now it does!”

An audio networking system that would allow you to seamlessly move between your computer, your cell phone, and music player, in or out of the office or car and go between your speakers or Bluetooth headset easily. One headset or earphones and mic that integrates with everything you use, making your life simpler.
Tim Schaeffer has been involved in sales and marketing management within the pro audio industry for over 30 years. Early in his career he worked in the system design and installation business. Tim spent many years as a Sales Representative to the recording studio markets, music industry and sound contracting markets in Southern California. From 1980 through 1995 Mr. Schaeffer owned and managed one of the largest independent Pro Audio Sales Representative firms in the United States – New West Audio, here he also built on his experiences by developing a studio equipment rental business and an audio equipment distribution business. Mr. Schaeffer has successfully managed sales forces for South, Central, and North America for Otari Corporation as Vice President of Sales for the Americas. He has also spent several years managing the western regional sales force for AMX Corporation (a systems control manufacturer). Mr. Schaeffer has had various courses in electronics and accounting at both Mesa Community College in Arizona, and Pierce Community College near Los Angeles. Just prior to joining Listen Technologies, Mr. Schaeffer was the Director of Sales for a large Pro Audio distributor in the United States.
