Overview

The SW 7010 Streaming & Archiving Server/Client Software Package is used together with the SW 6000 to record or to stream live over the web conference audio, video and/or conference information. In addition, it adds functionality to the streaming software SW 7001 by allowing you to grab and screen image (a PowerPoint slide, an Excel worksheet or graphical image) and stream it to the internet. The image will be displayed side by side with the live conference image and will be stored in the archive.

It is unique to have this kind of capability integrated into a conference system and it opens new dimensions of having remote delegates participate in the conference. The name of the meeting, the agenda item and speaker is presented below the video picture. Voting results are presented as well. The archived files can be easily searched on delegate name, conference name, agenda item and/or date. The SW 7010 software package consists of the JD400 Meeting Encoder, JD450 Communication Interface, JD710 Media Player and Capture Encoder Application (CEA).
