New suite of online tools and two additional D Series drivers strengthen our ListenLoop offering, making it easier than ever for venues to deliver exceptional listening experiences

INFOCOMM – ORLANDO – June 15, 2017Listen Technologies, a leading provider of assistive listening products for more than 17 years, in partnership with Ampetronic, the world leader in hearing loop solutions, will exhibit Loopworks with the newest expansion, an online specification and design tool that complements the Loopworks product offering, and two new D Series hearing loop drivers at InfoComm.

ListenLoop, powered by Ampetronic, provides a personal listening experience to anyone with a telecoil in his or her hearing aid or cochlear implant without additional equipment. ListenLoop can be installed in a variety of environments, including universities, government buildings and houses of worship, and is the only solution to support those with hearing loss in transient environments such as at ticket counters, drive-thru windows, bus stations and airport terminals.

Loopworks

Ampetronic has developed a class leading online specification and design tool available to integrators and end users so they can specify simple hearing loop installations quickly, demonstrate performance simulations to clients and produce professional reports, without the need to contact system support. The expansion of Loopworks enhances the existing measurement tool and app offering allowing ListenLoop users to input the outline details of a potential loop project and receive an instant output of suitable components and confirmation of performance. Project data is stored in the cloud for future access and editing, and projects can be shared with the Listen Technologies support team in real time via telephone or live chat.

D7-2 and D10-1 Drivers

Following the successful launch of its ground-breaking D Series digital amplifiers for ListenLoop in 2016, Listen Technologies and Ampetronic’s range of dual output drivers for multiloop phased array systems. The D10-1 introduces a digital option to Ampetronic’s offering of single output drivers for perimeter loops and single cable arrays. Both are competitively priced and feature DANTE (Digital Audio Network Through Ethernet) network-audio options.

The compact, sturdy units of the D7- and D10-1 are designed specifically for constant current drive hearing loop applications from the ground up (rather than reworked voltage drive amplifiers). They also feature advanced digital signal processing, multi-stage output filtering, metal loss control and intuitive controls to enable installers and system designers to create standard compliant systems that sound great with the minimum amount of effort.

“Listen Technologies is proud to continue its partnership with Ampetronic, the industry leader in hearing loop technology,” said Russ Gentner, president and CEO, Listen Technologies. “Through this collaboration, we are able to provide cutting-edge technology and outstanding technical support for assistive listening in multiple applications and environments. We make it easy for venues to deliver exceptional listening experiences to patrons and guests.”
