Q | How much coverage can one (1) radiator provide
A | Using four (4) mono channels of audio (1 Carrier), the maximum radiator coverage is 14,000 sqft.
Q | If I have a 16 channel transmitter, can I buy another 16 channel transmitter for a total of 32 channels?
A | Yes. It is possible to “stack†transmitters together, if you need additional channels.
Q | What configurations can be set and how do I configure the Digital IR systems?
A | All configurations are done via the LCD menu and the menu buttons on the front of the transmitter. Configurations such as mono or stereo, standard or perfect quality, and input sensitivity, etc.
Q | Is it necessary to terminate unused outputs of the Digital IR transmitter or Radiators?
A | No. Terminating the outputs is unnecessary because all outputs are terminated automatically.
Q | How can I use the Digital IR for an interpretation system?
A | In combination with the wired or wireless conferencing system, the Digital IR system can be used for distributing the languages provided by the floor and the interpreters to the end users. This can be accomplished by taking the audio outputs from the wired or wireless conferencing system and routing them to the inputs of the Digital IR transmitter.
Q | I want to rack mount my Digital IR transmitter. Are the rack mounting brackets included?
A | Yes. The rack mounting hardware is included.
Q | Is there a floor stand for the Digital IR radiator?

Q | How many channels are available?
A | Up to 40 mono channels are available. License dependent.
Q | How many RAD25 Digital IR Radiators can I use on a single output of the transmitter?
A | Up to 20 radiators may be daisy chained together on a single output. There are four (4) outputs available on the back of the transmitter for a total possibility of 80 radiators.
Q | How far can a Digital IR radiator be extended from the transmitter?
A | Up to 2,953 linear cable feet.
Q | When should I use Digital IR over Stationary IR?
