Overview
This deceptively simple looking loop acts as a wireless connection to hearing aids equipped with a "T" coil. Listeners hook the loop into their wireless receiver, slip the loop around their neck, and the "T" coil picks up the sound and amplifies the transmitted sound into the ear.

Can the LA-166 be used with any hearing aid?
This accessory can only be used with hearing aids that have a t-coil switch. With the switch on the hearing aid set to "T" the neck loop creates an inductive loop right to the hearing aid.
